罗辛,工学博士、研究员、博士生导师、中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究大数据挖掘与应用中心副主任。罗辛博士的学术研究聚焦大数据智能计算领域不完备数据表征学习方向,在IEEE T. KDECYBNNLSIISCSMC SystemsASE等国际期刊和WWWICDMIJCAI等国际会议上发表学术论文140余篇(SCI检索>100篇,其中计算机领域权威IEEE汇刊论文58篇、ESI高被引论文11篇),累计影响因子>500Web of Science统计引用>2500次,谷歌学术统计引用>3600次。获国家发明专利授权23项、实现19项授权专利的成果转化,累积产生经济效益超过6000万元。先后主持国家级项目5项,省部级项目10余项,累积负责科研经费超过3000万元。获国家高层次人才特殊支持计划、中国科学院高层次人才计划、重庆市杰出青年基金等人才项目支持。获重庆市自然科学一等奖(2019/排名1)、重庆市科技进步一等奖(2018/排名2)、中国人工智能学会吴文俊人工智能科技进步一等奖(2018/排名3)等科技奖励。目前担任中国科技期刊卓越行动计划重点类和SCI JCR一区期刊IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica的预审编辑和副编辑、SCI JCR一区期刊NeurocomputingIEEE AccessSCI JCR二区期刊SoftcomputingFrontiers in Neurorobotics的副编辑。罗辛博士发表的主要论文列表如下(*号表示通讯作者,#号表示共同第一作者):
