Chaker Tlili2000年获得突尼斯Elmanar-Turini大学量子物理学理学硕士学位,于2006年获得法国Paris-XI大学材料科学哲学博士学位。他先后在爱尔兰、英国、美国、加拿大和新加坡担任过博士后,在2016年成为中国重庆绿色智能技术研究院的副教授。他发表了60多篇论文,引用次数超过1950次,h-index=25
