  Luo zhiyong,senior engineer, mainly engaged in hardware design and large-scale systems integration projects and project management. He got his master degree from Xidian University in 2000 and participated in the development of China's first handheld GPS receivers. From the year of 2004 to 2006, he was involved in the earliest RTK measurement product development, and presided over the completion from RF devices selection to the entire hardware design process. He also presided over the development of Chery pre-installed audio navigation system, and ultimately was approved by the OTS Chery, tested for the first UniStrong installed navigation products into the market and laid the foundation for this company from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, he joined the preparation work of UniStrong R & D center in Xi'an, and successfully completed the development of new energy electric vehicle monitoring system and the delivery of 5,000 sets of system until 2013. In 2011, he got two new applicable patents for “car jamming circuit” and “a microprocessor unit circuit”. He managed the development of in-vehicle information display terminal for 2012 Xi'an Science and Technology prize. During the 10 year’s work in UniStrong, he achieved many times of excellent staff, excellent manager incentives. He obtains rich design experience and development capabilities in hardware from antenna, RF to digital circuits, including the VLSI applications; For software, he is good at embedded application software design and development. He also acquires research and development capabilities in various algorithms, including ordinary baseband, baseband precision, high-dynamic baseband and single point positioning, DGPS, RTK/RTD, attitude determination/finding, dynamic high-precision positioning, velocity measurement as well as precision timing.
