罗辛,1983年生,研究员,博士生导师。2005年于电子科技大学计算机学院获学士学位,2011年于北京航空航天大学计算机学院获博士学位;20142-20162月受人社部“香江学者”计划支持,在香港理工大学开展博士后研究;20161月经由中国科学院百人计划引进中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究院;2017年起任大数据智能计算重庆市重点实验室执行主任,2018年起任重庆市智慧城市大数据应用工程技术研究中心主任、中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究大数据挖掘与应用中心副主任。相关研究聚焦于大数据智能计算领域高维稀疏数据分析方向,在IEEE T. NNLSIEEE T. CyberneticsIEEE T. IIIEEE T. SMC SystemsIJCAIICDM等国际期刊和会议上发表学术论文100余篇(IEEE Transactions论文33篇),累积影响因子大于220SCI统计引用900余次,谷歌学术统计引用1800余次。申请国家发明专利36项,获权19项,并实现17项授权专利的成果转化,累积产生经济效益超过7000万元。先后主持国家级项目5项,省部级项目10余项,累积负责科研经费超过3000万元。2011年获重庆市科技进步二等奖,2014年入选重庆市青年科技人才培养计划,2015年获评ACM中国学术新星重庆分会奖,2016年入选中国科学院百人计划,2017年入选重庆市青年拔尖人才、IEEE学会高级会员,并获重庆市自然科学三等奖,2018年获中国人工智能学会吴文俊人工智能科技进步一等奖、重庆市科技进步一等奖、中国科学院百人计划择优支持。目前担任国际期刊IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica SinicaNeurocomputingIEEE AccessSoftcomputingAssociate Editor,获评IEEE Acess2018Outstanding Associate Editor,并先后担任二十余个国际会议的程序委员会委员。罗辛研究员在IEEE汇刊和国际顶级会议上发表的主要论文如下(*号表示通讯作者,#号表示共同第一作者):
