鲁伦慧 女，1987年生，博士，2014年10月于湖南大学环境科学与工程专业获得工学博士学位。2014年12月进入中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究院工作。主要从事于大型水利工程水环境和水生态的相关研究。先后承担了国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、中国科学院水库水环境重点项目以及重庆市基础前沿与发展项目。并作为科研骨干参加了国家“十二五”重大水专项专题、国家自然科学基金国际（地区）合作与交流项目NSFC- CONICET等重点项目。目前，发表SCI论文二十余篇，授权发明专利共十余项。
